To achieve our best practice status in the industry, The Coffee Club has created six building blocks to deliver an effective and efficient Franchise System.
Becoming a franchisee with us means you are trained in each of these areas and receive comprehensive manuals developed by The Coffee Club. New franchisees are given five weeks of initial training including hands on in store experience.
Once your store opens, you'll also have a personal Business Development Manager to guide you through your business venture. As both mentor and coach, your Business Development Manager will work with you to develop a business plan to help you achieve growth and success.
